(Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement)
 

This provides you with a monthly amount paid by

Confluence Cannabis that you can use to pay toward your

individual healthcare plan.  You can use the amount for any tier of coverage or plan provided that you select for yourself and your dependents.
